Drytech Engineering System is a renowned Manufacturer, Supplier and Exporter of Spray Dryer in Niger.
Our Manufacturing unit is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Spray drying is one of the most efficient and widely used methods for converting liquid feed into dry powder form.
In industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and ceramics, the demand for high-quality spray dryers is continuously growing.
Our equipment is designed to handle heat-sensitive materials while maintaining product integrity and optimizing production output.
Types of Spray Dryers:
We offer different types of spray dryers based on atomization methods and airflow patterns:
Based on Atomization
Nozzle Spray Dryers – Uses high-pressure nozzles to create fine droplets.
Rotary Atomizer Spray Dryers – Uses a rotating disc to break the liquid into fine droplets.
Based on Airflow
Co-current Spray Dryer – Hot air and droplets move in the same direction for gentle drying.
Counter-current Spray Dryer – Hot air moves in the opposite direction of the droplets for efficient drying.
Mixed Flow Spray Dryer – Combination of co-current and counter-current flow for optimal drying efficiency.
Why Choose Drytech Engineering System?
Global Export Experience – Years of experience in supplying high-performance drying equipment across multiple countries.
Advanced Engineering Design – Our dryers incorporate state-of-the-art technology for optimal drying performance.
Competitive Pricing – We offer cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
Excellent After-Sales Support – Dedicated technical support and spare parts availability for smooth operations.
Working Principle of Spray Dryer:
Step 1: Atomization
The atomizer/nozzle introduces the liquid feed and transforms it into fine droplets. The droplet size and distribution are controlled to ensure uniform drying.
Step 2: Drying Process
The drying chamber receives the atomized droplets, exposing them to hot air. The moisture rapidly evaporates, leaving behind solid particles.
Step 3: Powder Collection
The cyclone separator or bag filter separates the dried particles from the airflow. The final powder is then collected for further processing or packaging.
