It consists of a cylindrical drying chamber equipped with a high-speed rotor. The material to be dried is introduced into the drying chamber through a feed mechanism, where it comes into contact with the hot air and is rapidly dried.

It uses filter press wet cake, fluids having high viscosity levels, and thick paste as its raw materials. It uses hot air to generate a rotating wind area where paste or fluid-based substances are delivered. High-speed rotation of entered paste and fluid promotes fast drying of these substances.
