Spray Dryer

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Spray Dryer

The significant addition of spray drying to various applications is increasing relative to other standard drying methods. To some extent, Spray Dryers are not complex in operation they accept feed in some state and convert it into another. We offer effluent and industrial spray dryers that are made by using A-grade raw materials and cutting-edge technology.

These are available in different varieties of spray dryer layouts, each encloses to a particular kind of feed consistency or powder. Spray dryers are extensively used in large industries that enable them to produce in bulk.

Product Description :

Spray dryers are devices used in spray drying. It takes a liquid stream and separates the solute or suspension as a solid and the solvent into a vapor. The solid is usually collected in a drum or cyclone. The liquid input stream is sprayed through a nozzle into a hot vapor stream and poised. A nozzle is usually used to make the droplets as small as possible, maximizing heat transfer and the rate of water vaporization. Droplet sizes can range from 20 μm to 180 μm depending on the nozzle. Spray dryers can dry a product very quickly compared to other methods of drying.

Spray Dryer Features :

A spray dryer is a piece of equipment used in the process of drying liquids and semi-liquids into powders or particles. It is commonly used in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.

The process of spray drying involves spraying a liquid or slurry into a chamber where it is quickly dried by hot air or gas. The liquid is atomized into small droplets, which have a large surface area exposed to the drying medium. This allows for rapid evaporation of the liquid and formation of small particles. The dried particles are then collected and packaged for further processing or sale.
