Drytech Engineering Systems is a leading Manufacturer and Exporter of Multi Effect Evaporator in Uganda.
Our manufacturing unit is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Specialized systems design multi-effect evaporators (MEEs) to efficiently concentrate solutions by removing solvent (typically water) through multiple evaporation stages.
These systems utilize the heat supplied by steam, allowing them to recover valuable products and reduce energy consumption.
Drytech Engineering Systems offers various types of MEEs, including multi-stage, falling film, forced circulation, natural circulation, and hybrid systems, all tailored to specific applications.
Available Various Types of Multi-Effect Evaporators:
Fully Automatic Multi-Effect Evaporator
Semi-Automatic Multi-Effect Evaporator
Features of Multi-Effect Evaporators:
Tailored to Application: Custom-designed to suit the specific requirements of the application, including type, design, and material compatibility.
Energy Efficiency: Multiple stages of evaporation reduce energy consumption by reusing heat in successive stages.
Cost-Effective: Steam-powered heat supply ensures low operating costs, making MEEs an affordable solution for industrial evaporation.
Versatile Applications: Suitable for a wide range of industries, including chemicals, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment.
Working Principle of Multi-Effect Evaporators:
Liquid Introduction: The feed pump introduces the liquid to the first effect, where it flows through each effect in a controlled manner.
Heat Transfer: The system introduces steam into the first effect, where it condenses on the heat exchanger surface. The latent heat transfers to the liquid, causing it to evaporate.
Vapor Recompression: In each subsequent effect, vapor from the previous stage acts as the heating medium.
This vapor condenses on the heat exchanger surface, transferring heat to the liquid in the current effect. The vapor is then recompressed and passed to the next effect.
Concentrated Liquid Collection: As the evaporation process continues, the liquid in the final effect becomes highly concentrated. It is collected for further processing or storage.
The remaining vapor condenses in a separate condenser to form a distillate that we can either recover or dispose of.
