Working Principle:
Step 1: Drying Stage
As the moisture evaporates, it mixes with the hot air, forming a humid gas stream.
The system directs the gas stream into a separation device, such as a cyclone separator or bag filter, where the separation process removes the moisture-laden air from the dried material.
Step 2: Separation Stage
The wet material is fed into the flash dryer using a mechanism like a rotary valve or screw feeder.
The heat source, such as a gas burner or electric heater, generates high-velocity hot air, which is introduced into the drying chamber.
This hot air creates turbulence, swiftly evaporating the moisture from the wet material.
The moist air is then expelled through an exhaust system, while the dried material proceeds to the next stage.
Step 3: Collection Stage
In the collection stage, a hopper or container gathers the dried material, which is then transferred using additional equipment.
