Each product has its own, specific characteristics. By means of careful testing in our laboratory, we determine the most effective and efficient processing method. The installation is then designed and built by Ventilex. As the diagrams show, there are several versions of the air supply system, the fluid bed, and the flue/discharged gas system. They can be combined in different ways.

Electrically / Steam & Thermic Fluid Heated in which general structure, made out of mild steel & colored in Standard Model & made out of S.S.304 quality material & polished to the matt finished in GMP Model, but contact parts i.e. Product Container and Retarding Chamber, are made out of S.S.304 / S.S. 316 quality material, with Non-Flameproof blower motor, ( Flameproof motor provided on demand ) suitable to dry wet material.

FLUID BED DRYER is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the base of the product container which is filled with the material. Induced draught is created by means of the blower and fresh air is sucked into the unit. The fresh air is heated by means of electrical heaters or steam or thermic fluid heaters. This hot air stream expands the bed of material at a certain velocity & creating turbulence in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidization and offers conditions that are almost ideal for drying. Fluidization produces full agitation of solid particles and since each particle gets surrounded by hot air, heat transfer is extremely high and uniform. The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles from escaping from the dryer.

The fluid bed dryer operates based on the principle of fluidization. It involves passing a stream of heated air through a bed of solid particles, creating a fluidized state. The particles behave like a fluid, moving and mixing freely within the fluidized bed. This fluidization enhances heat and mass transfer, allowing for efficient drying of the solid material.

During the fluidization process, the hot air heats the particles and evaporates the moisture. The moisture-laden air rises through the fluidized bed, and the moisture is carried away by the exhaust system. The continuous movement of particles in the fluid bed ensures uniform drying, preventing the formation of clumps or uneven moisture distribution.
